Why did you delete the page File:SML Movie- Cody Goes To Kindergarten! Part 2.webm

Hola Bedivere, estaba viendo que Marrovi mantiene un amplio rango IP manejando a sus anchas, si revisas las contribuciones incluyen ediciones a su categoría de fotografías, lo que implica que poco o nada está afectando el bloqueo. En la Wikipedia en español sí mantiene el bloqueo en el rango. Saludos. Taichi (talk) 23:38, 15 March 2024 (UTC)

Hi. I have some concern about Special:Contributions/Jorge_Arboleda and what seems to be a personal photo collection here. Jmabel mirrored some of my concerns (conversation User talk:Jmabel#2nd_opinion). Wondered whether you could have a look and have a conversation to point them in the right direction. @Billinghurst Hi there! I'm not sure it will make much of a difference since the user has not been active for nearly two years, but I will leave them a message. My AN/U "issue"

Dear Bedivere, unfortunately I was unable to contribute to the discussion that took place about me due to other activities in real life. Violaciones de copyright

Buenos días, te escribo porque me di cuenta de que borraste un archivo que subí, y a continuación varios otros más. El primero de ellos, una imagen del escudo de Palmilla, se encontraba con la licencia correcta, pues solicité a través de las plataformas de transparencia del gobierno de Chile, y en concreto de la Municipalidad de Palmilla, cuál era la licencia que utilizaba la página web de esta última. La respuesta que me llegó el día de hoy me señala que se trata de una "licencia de software libre estándar W3C Software Notice and Licence", que es la que señalé en el archivo que subí (Template:W3C Licence). Entiendo que usted desconocía esa información, pero por lo menos me pudo haber señalado mi error en mi página de discusión y así yo le hubiera aclarado la situación.

Respecto del resto de los archivos que borró, asumo que se trata de una situación similar (uso incorrecto de licencias). Nuevamente me hubiera gustado un aviso previo, sin embargo, comprendo que sólo aplicaba las normas sobre uso de licencias en Wikimedia. Intentaré conocer cuáles son las licencias que corresponde usar para dichas imágenes, solicitando dicha información por transparencia a los gobiernos regionales de Chile. Le recuerdo también que uno de esos archivos era un cropped de File:Ricardo Diaz foto.jpg, y no entiendo por qué borró mi recorte y no el original.

Sin más que añadir, lo mantendré al tanto sobre futuros avances respecto del copyright de dichos archivos. Saludos cordiales. SamuelInzunza (talk) 15:08, 20 March 2024 (UTC)

Respecto al escudo de Palmilla, se necesitaría autorización publica o a través de correo electrónico, ver COM:VRT.

Sobre los archivos de gobiernos regionales, estos tenían la etiqueta CC-GobCL que no correspondía, por lo tanto, fueron borrados por violación de derechos de autor Bedivere (talk) 15:10, 20 March 2024 (UTC)

Ojo que en el caso de Palmilla, es el municipio el que tendría que enviar el correo electrónico, no serviría de nada que tú lo reenviaras. Bedivere (talk) 15:11, 20 March 2024 (UTC)

Lo cierto es que el sitio web de la municipalidad dice lo siguiente:

DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL

Los derechos de propiedad intelectual correspondientes del sitio www.munipalmilla.cl pertenecen a la Ilustre Municipalidad de Palmilla. Se prohíbe la reproducción, total o parcial, en cualquier forma o por cualquier medio del contenido de este sitio y/o página, sin autorización expresa y por escrito de su representante titular o de quien este designe para este efecto.

Además, al pie de página indica Todos los derechos reservados.

En consecuencia, si ello no se modifica o no existe un correo electrónico del municipio dirigido a permissions-commons, la situación no cambiará Bedivere (talk) 15:17, 20 March 2024 (UTC)

Hello Bedivere, I believe commons and encyclopedia as a whole has strict rules against copyright violations and I do understand why the above mentioned file was speedied here. However, if you take a good look on the link the nominator claims the file was taken from, they do not match as on the deleted file the woman was wearing that cloth over her head and on the aforementioned link she's not. Therefore, I was requesting undeletion and requesting the nominator to be careful next time and also be aware of the dates before nominating for deletion  Thank you. @Dxneo I am afraid I cannot accept the request for undeletion. The picture is not the own work of Benson Kaile as claimed, and it is a mugshot, very similar to those made available by the Tanzanian police. User Benson Kaile has uploaded several other copyright violations, which I am in the process of deleting. Bedivere (talk) 01:02, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
